About Real Is Sweet
Real Is Sweet is an iPhone and iPad app that lets you collect honest, anonymous, constructive feedback from people you've dated — delivered with kindness. You share a personal feedback link, and the app helps you turn what you receive into insights and personal growth over time.
Account & Sign-In
You can sign in with your email and password, with Sign in with Apple, or with Google. If you can't sign in, first make sure you're using the same method you signed up with. To reset an email/password login, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen. You can also sign in on the web to check your account. Still stuck? Email us and we'll help.
Subscriptions & Billing
Real Is Sweet Premium is an auto-renewable subscription offered as a monthly or yearly plan. The exact title, length, and price are shown on the subscription screen in the app before you purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. You can manage, upgrade, or cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, or in the app under your profile. Purchases can be restored with Restore Purchases on the subscription screen.
Feedback Links
Your feedback link is how dates leave you anonymous feedback. You can activate or deactivate your link at any time from your profile. Deactivating a link immediately stops it from accepting new submissions.
Reporting Objectionable Content
We have zero tolerance for abusive or objectionable feedback. If you receive something that violates our standards, tap Report on that feedback, or use Block & Hide to remove it from your inbox immediately. We review reports and act within 24 hours.
Deleting Your Account & Data
You can request deletion of your account and associated data from within the app under your profile settings, or by emailing us at support@realissweet.com.
