1. About Real Is Sweet
Real Is Sweet LLC ("we", "us", or "our") is a feedback platform that allows users to receive anonymous, constructive feedback from people they have dated. By using the Real Is Sweet app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Real Is Sweet account or submit feedback through the platform. By using Real Is Sweet you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account or use another person's account without their permission. Notify us immediately at support@realissweet.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Feedback You Receive
Feedback submitted through your link is provided by third parties and does not represent the views of Real Is Sweet. We use automated tools to screen for abusive content, but we cannot guarantee that all feedback will meet your expectations.
5. Content Standards
Users submitting feedback agree not to include content that is:
- Threatening, harassing, or abusive
- Discriminatory based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, or other protected characteristics
- Sexually explicit or graphic
- False, defamatory, or intended to harm
We reserve the right to hide or remove any content that violates these standards.
Zero tolerance. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on Real Is Sweet. If you receive feedback that violates these standards, you can Report it from within the app, or use Block & Hide to remove it from your inbox immediately. We review reported content and will remove objectionable content and take action against its source — including deactivating the offending feedback link — within 24 hours of a report. Users who submit objectionable content may be permanently barred from the platform.
6. AI Processing
Submitted feedback may be processed by AI systems to detect toxic content and to rewrite harsh language constructively. By submitting feedback you consent to this processing.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Real Is Sweet to harass, stalk, or intimidate any person; to collect data about other users; to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; or to circumvent our safety systems.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Real Is Sweet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that feedback you receive will be accurate or useful.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Real Is Sweet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Real Is Sweet after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Subscriptions and Payment
Real Is Sweet Premium is an auto-renewable subscription sold through the Apple App Store. It is offered as a monthly plan and a yearly plan. The subscription title, the length of the period, and the price in your local currency are displayed on the subscription screen inside the app before any purchase is confirmed.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Previously purchased subscriptions can be restored with Restore Purchases on the subscription screen.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions; we cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
Purchases made through the App Store are also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies in addition to these Terms.
